Yes! We can help with more than just cruises. We also have access to tour companies that offer motorcoach itineraries to places that you can’t reach by ship!

It depends on the location and the cruise line, but we always recommend booking as early as possible. This allows for the best selection of itinerary and stateroom location. In general, a year ahead of time is a good place to start.

For most itineraries, yes. Here is where you can start the application process to get your passport book.

You will be required to have a passport book for most itineraries. You may also need visas, Travel Authorizations and/or proof of certain vaccines depending on the countries you plan to visit. Don’t worry, we help you navigate all requirements!

We get it - life happens. The unexpected is why we also offer Travel Insurance. However, if you need to make a change or cancel your booking completely, in addition to any cancellation or change fees imposed by the cruise lines/tour companies/airlines/etc, our agency charges a $100 Cancellation Fee per booking and a $50 Change Fee per booking, per change to help with extra time spent making the changes. Yes! A few weeks before you depart, we will put together a “Final Document” packet that will include all important paperwork that you will need to take with you on the trip. Items like boarding passes, airline information, itinerary, travel insurance, emergency en route contact information, etc.

Working with us typically does not increase the cost of your cruise. While we may charge service fees for certain services, the cruise fare itself is the same. What you gain is expert guidance, time saved, and someone who makes sure you’re receiving the best value for your vacation.

No! We have clients from all over the United States. We communicate via phone and email during the planning process and then we mail your Final Document packet to you.

Tell us! We will work to get you the best stateroom possible to reduce the amount of movement you feel from the ocean’s waves. While you may still feel it, your stateroom’s location can make a HUGE difference.
